MEET THE LAS VEGAS CHAPTER CHAIR

Stephanie Dibbs Mangual

Stephanie Dibbs Mangual brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate sales, management, and leadership. A Las Vegas native, she has built her career alongside the city’s growth as both a top-producing agent and respected sales leader, known for her strategic, education-driven approach and calm, confident leadership style. As Co-Chair of Collective Women’s Leadership Las Vegas, Stephanie has been with the organization since the beginning and is one of the founding members within the community. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence and leads the Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace module in the CWL leadership app, helping leaders strengthen self-awareness, communication, and trust. Stephanie has mentored more than 100 Realtors® and served four years as a trustee for the Nevada REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame inductee and a Top 25 Woman in Real Estate, she has achieved over $350 million in total sales and continues to elevate women leaders across Las Vegas.

She is dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for women to thrive as leaders.
