Collective Women's Leadership (CWL) is a national luxury leadership collective where ambitious women elevate, support, and lead. Founded by Joyce Toti, CWL brings accomplished women together through signature events in Las Vegas, monthly Coffee Connects and Cocktail Connects, the CWL Scottsdale chapter, and a private community portal for members.
Who is CWL for?
CWL is for accomplished women at every stage of their careers: founders and business owners, emerging leaders, and executives who want to give back. Title, age, and status are left at the door, and every woman comes to lead, to be elevated, and to support.
How do I join Collective Women's Leadership?
Membership is by application. Apply on the Membership page. Joyce Toti personally reviews every application, and the CWL team reaches out as soon as the next season opens.
How much does CWL membership cost?
CWL membership starts at $599 a year for CWL Basic. CWL Platinum is $999 a year and includes four signature CWL events. Both tiers are annual and by application.
Is CWL a women's networking group in Las Vegas?
CWL is based in Las Vegas, where it hosts its signature events and its monthly Coffee Connects and Cocktail Connects. It is more than a networking group: members give first, make introductions, and build relationships that turn into clients, bigger roles, and lasting friendships.
Is there a CWL chapter in my city?
CWL is one national membership. Scottsdale is the one city chapter, with its own site. In other cities, CWL grows through City Ambassadors, who host one Coffee Connect and one Cocktail Connect every month at the same place and time. Applications are open for 12 City Ambassadors for 2027.
What is a Coffee Connect or Cocktail Connect?
Coffee Connects and Cocktail Connects are CWL's signature monthly gatherings: intimate, agenda-free meetups that members describe as “a warm hug.” They happen at the same place and time each month, so women always know where to find each other.
