Two ways to belong

CWL Basic
$599 / year
Women who want access to community, connection, and curated leadership experiences, without a high time or financial commitment.
What's included
- Invitations to in-person CWL events (pay-per-event). Exclusive invitations to CWL-hosted events, including networking events, workshops, panels, and community gatherings. Event ticket prices vary based on format and partner involvement.
- Access to the CWL Community. Connect with women leaders, founders, and professionals through the CWL ecosystem, before, during, and after events.
- Mentor access (event-based). Opportunities to meet CWL mentors and featured speakers at select events and gatherings.
- CWL updates. Stay informed on upcoming events, partnerships, and opportunities.
CWL Platinum
$999 / year
Women who want deeper access, intentional growth, and priority treatment within Collective Women's Leadership, both in person and inside the CWL ecosystem.
What's included
- 4 signature CWL events included. Complimentary access to 4 signature CWL-hosted events, including networking gatherings, workshops, panels, and community experiences (RSVP only, no individual tickets). Exceptions: the CWL Annual Retreat and occasional small materials or experience fees, which will never exceed $25 per event.
- All CWL Basic membership benefits. Includes community access, CWL updates, and invitations to special experiences.
- Behind-the-scenes leadership content. Exclusive leadership insights, personal development content, and curated resources not available to Basic members.
- Priority access and preferred treatment. Early registration, priority seating, and preferred access for CWL events, workshops, and select experiences, plus a business or personal feature on the CWL website.

How do I become a CWL member?
Apply with the membership application on this page. Membership is by application and opens one season at a time. Joyce Toti personally reviews every application, and the CWL team reaches out as soon as the next season opens.
How much is CWL membership?
CWL Basic is $599 a year and CWL Platinum is $999 a year. Basic gives you the community, member updates, and invitations to CWL events, which are ticketed separately. Platinum includes four signature CWL events plus priority access.
Is CWL membership monthly or annual?
Both CWL Basic and CWL Platinum are annual memberships.
Do I have to pay for events?
CWL Basic members pay per event, and ticket prices vary based on format and partner involvement. CWL Platinum includes complimentary access to four signature CWL-hosted events (RSVP only). Exceptions are the CWL Annual Retreat and occasional small materials or experience fees, which never exceed $25 per event.
Is CWL one national membership?
Yes. CWL is one national membership. Signature events are in Las Vegas, City Ambassadors host monthly Connects in their cities, and members connect between events in the CWL Community portal. Scottsdale is CWL's one city chapter and has its own site.
Where do members connect between events?
In the private CWL Community portal, which holds the online community and the member directory. Members log in at community.lasvegas.collectivewomensleadership.com.
