TERMS OF SITE & COURSE ACCESS AND PRODUCT PURCHASER AGREEMENT

All programs, products, and services are owned and provided by Collective Women's Leadership (“Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”). PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. By accessing or purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

DIGITAL PRODUCT USE AND CONSENT

By purchasing our Offering, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions of Use exist and agree to abide by them. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to access our Offering. Any unauthorized access by a minor is prohibited, and we reserve the right to terminate such access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and the property of Collective Women's Leadership. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

LIMITED LICENSE

All materials accessible on our website are under the ownership or licensed use of Collective Women's Leadership. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

At CWL, we are about group communities characterized by mutual encouragement, respect and support instead of competition and comparison. We commit to living out the following values:

Confidentiality

We agree that whatever is shared with our group stays within our group. There will be many comments on our webpage that are shared comments on the internet, but if there are small group or one-on-one conversations or communications through text or email – these should remain confidential. We want this group to be a safe place to grow.

Authenticity

We seek to be open and honest with each other. Our group is a place to take off our masks, be ourselves and be accepted for who we are.

Respect

We agree to communicate in ways that are respectful, and to give advice only when it is requested. We are all at various places on our journeys and because of that we commit to giving each other respect and not judging each other.

Positivity

Negativity weighs down the heart and spirit of individuals and groups, so we strive to communicate in a way that is filled with encouragement and motivation.

We agree to always keep an empty chair for others to join us, and we agree to always encourage other women along their journey.

Prior Consent To Use Of Image, Voice, And Likeness

You hereby grant permission to Collective Women’s Leadership (the CWL) to use my photograph, likeness, image, voice or performance on its recording for domestic and international television broadcasts, internet website, social media sites, CD or DVD labels, video tape or film clips, advertisements or other publications at the sole discretion of the CWL and to be used in whole or in part for any and all broadcasting, audio/visual, and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.

You understand that once your image appears on the CWL website or social media, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. You expressly release the CWL, it’s officers, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents from any and all claims arising out of the use of your photograph or image on the CWL website. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CWL, it’s officers, directors, employees, volunteers or agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Prior Consent To Use Of Image, Voice and Likeness (also, the “Agreement”).

In consideration for your appearance and/or performance on the CWL’ s broadcasts, internet website, social media sites, CD or DVD labels, video tape or film clips, advertisements or other CWL publications and all rights granted hereunder, You do not require or expect any monetary or financial payment or incentive or benefit but consider my appearance and /or performance to be a form of service to the CWL.

Any and all claims or disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, other than a claim for injunctive relief, shall first be submitted to mediation in Clark County, Nevada with a panel of one (1) mediator, and if not resolved by mediation, then by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, with a panel of one(1) arbitrator, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon an arbitration award may be entered in the District Court for the County of Clark, Nevada. The parties shall bear their own cost related to any mediation or arbitration proceeding.

This Agreement represents the entire understand of the parties and may not be amended unless mutually agreed to by both parties in writing.
